Antoinette Roberson Group LLC (ARG) was founded by Dr. Antoinette Roberson, a passionate workforce development leader with extensive expertise in vocational rehabilitation, supported employment, career development, and employer engagement. As the former Senior Director of two collegiate career centers, Dr. Roberson dedicated her career to helping individuals achieve meaningful employment and long-term career success.
Inspired by her personal journey as the parent of a son with autism, Dr. Roberson recognized the transformative impact that meaningful work experiences can have on individuals with disabilities. After successfully guiding her own son toward workforce participation, she envisioned expanding those opportunities to others facing similar challenges — and turned that vision into reality.
Since 2007, Dr. Roberson has worked alongside individuals with disabilities, transition-age youth, and job seekers from diverse backgrounds. She built Antoinette Roberson Group on a simple yet powerful belief: every person deserves access to meaningful employment, economic independence, and the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Today, ARG partners with individuals, employers, educational institutions, and community organizations throughout the Greater Houston area to deliver innovative workforce solutions that create lasting impact — one person, one opportunity, and one career at a time.
